根據(jù)國稅局的統(tǒng)一要求，秀蘭飯店需要在12月份完成三證合一，前期在我單位已開具專票的賓客，請您11月底前進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上認(rèn)證，以避免秀蘭飯店三證合一后您未認(rèn)證的發(fā)票無法報銷，變更稅號后，將無法認(rèn)證，無法紅沖，無法重開，敬請諒解！

Dear Guests,
According to the requirement of the State Administration of the Taxation this December, we need finish the unification of the three licences: Business Licence, Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate. So the guest who had made out the value-added tax invoice early this year need finish the online authentication before the end of November. After the unification, we will have new tax ID, so your invoice can’t be reimbursed, can’t be use to online authentication, revised nor reissued.
